Indonesia VS Malaysia

Conflict between Indonesia and Malaysia is still taking place. This is a hot topic that always talked by many people recently. Actually it's not a new topic in Indonesia because Malaysia has started the problem some years ago. There are many mistakes Malaysia had made before and Indonesia never give a clear action. And untill now the problems become bigger and make Indonesian people be angry.

These are the case that Malaysia ever made before.
-Malaysia claimed Indonesia's song,rasa sayang sayange
-Malaysia passed through our border region in sea
-Malaysia moved the limit of Indonesia's border region.
-Malaysia claimed batik as theirs.
-Malaysia tortured many Indonesian people who work in Malaysia
-Malaysia catched 3 KKPRI's officers
and many more

Last night, Our president, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono gave a speech about the solution about Indonesia and Malaysia's relationship.He said that the solution is accelerating discussion about borders between both countries. Indonesian people who watched the speech still didn't get any satisfy yet. Citizen thought that the president's speech is equivocal. Actually, they hoped that our president can be like our first presiden,Sukarno who took assertiveness and invaded Malaysia at that time.

In writer's mind, perhaps our president doesn't want to take a hurry steps. Because it's different between Sukarno's period and this period. In the past, Indonesia was stronger than Malaysia. But now, Malaysia is richer than Indonesia means that Malaysia has great facilities of war. And also , war needs many money whereas Indonesia still in economy crisis. If war happens how about Indonesian people who's in Malaysia?Those are the reasons that we should consider before make a decision.
